Due to the interface between our website and medical records system, we will no longer be allowing medication requests via our website. Please use your NHS app/NHS account to request your medications going forward.
If you are doing this on someone else's behalf, you can apply for proxy access by speaking to reception, and then you can link your NHS accounts and use the app to request on their behalf.
