About the Patient Participation Group

The PPG is a group of patient volunteers who meet at the surgery with our operations manager and one of the GPs about 2 to 3 times a year for an hour. This is an invaluable opportunity for us to receive feedback and suggestions from a patient perspective and to be able to work together to further develop and improve our service.
